Coming up Tuesday, February 21st, the Warhawk men face off with the UW-Stout Blue Devils in Kachel Gymnasium for the Quarterfinal Round in the WIAC Tournament. UWW-TV will be going LIVE at 6:30pm CDT. with Warhawk Sports Tuesday Pregame Show. Tip-off will take place at 7:00pm CDT.
Heading into tomorrow’s game, the Warhawk men enter their 19th consecutive WIAC tournament as the number three seed. Their regular season record ended at 20-5 overall. This is the third time this year that the two teams have gone head-to-head, both prior times the team have competed, the Warhawks took home victories of 65-1 and 83-48.
The UW-Stout Blue Devils come into the match up with the number six seed in the tournament. The Blue Devils take on the Warhawks for the seventh time in the WIAC Tournament with a 1-5 record under the Warhawks. If UW-Stout takes home a win over the Warhawks, they will travel to the home of the number one seed UW-River Falls on Thursday, February 23rd.
