The Warhawks will face off against the Wittenberg Tigers in the second round of the NCAA Tournament this Saturday, November 26th. UWW-TV will have LIVE coverage of the game beginning at 11:00am CDT with Warhawk Sports Saturday. Kickoff will follow at 12:00pm CDT.
The 10-1 Wittenberg Tigers automatically qualified from the North Coast Athletic Conference after claiming the league championship outright. The Tigers took down Thomas Moore 33-30 this past weekend in four overtimes, the longest game in Division III postseason history. The Warhawks are coming off their 45-27 win over the Lakeland University Muskies. The last time these two teams met was back in December of 2009 where the Warhawks were victorious in a 31-13 national quarterfinal game.
