Last Thursday, April 28th, the Wisconsin Community Media hosted its conference at the Sheraton Hotel in Madison. The conference had lots to offer including information about Drones, Remote Multi-Camera setups, social media strategies, and much more. Also, UWW-TV entered a lot of its content into the Best of the Midwest contest. UWW-TV is proud to say that we came home with four different awards. PEOMIOSFYRDS won best show created by a college student. Connor Moore and Jesse Fritz won for play-by-play announcing. Warhawk Sports Saturday won an award for excellence, and Whitewater Alumi, Jennifer McElligot and Emily Kolosso won for their show Clockwork Curse. We thank the Wisconsin Community Media for all of their hard work, and congratulate all of the award winners.
