UWWTV To Cover WIAC Conference Tournament

The basketball regular season has come to an end, and March Madness will soon take center stage. First it is time for the conference championship tournaments. For the WIAC, that means a battle for their automatic bid into the NCAA D3 Basketball Championship Tournament. The winner of the tournament will receive the automatic bid. The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawks have the top seed entering the tournament (they won the coin flip tie-breaker with UW-Stevens Point). As a result they have a first round bye, and guaranteed home court advantage throughout the WIAC Tournament.

UWWTV is your place for Warhawk playoff action. On Thursday the Warhawks will welcome UW- Eau Claire, to the Kachel Gymnasium at 7pm CDT. LIVE coverage of the game will begin at 7pm CDT. If the Warhawks win on Thursday they will advance to the WIAC Championship Game on Saturday, start time will be 3pm or 7pm CDT.
