NCAA Women’s Basketball: Millikin University vs. Willamette University

It’s the opening round of the NCAA DIII Women’s Basketball Tournament! The Millikin Big Blue (22-5) of the CCIW will take on the Willamette Bearcats (17-9) of the Northwest Conference. The Big Blue faced a tough conference slate where it saw two other teams also make the national tournament. The Bearcats captured their conference regular season title before falling to eventual conference tournament champion Puget Sound. The winner of this game will take on the winner of the UW-Whitewater vs. UMN-Morris game, in the second round on Saturday, March 2nd. Tipoff from Kachel Gym is set for 5:15 PM (CST) with LIVE coverage on UWW-TV starting at 5:05 (CST)!
