For the Health of It

Liz Sweet, the Co-Manager for Group Fitness is here to help you get a better understanding on warm-ups, cool-downs and exercises. Not knowing how to stretch or workout during the pandemic has been a difficult situation for everyone. With “For the Health of It” you will be seeing different kinds of stretches to do before and after your workout and different kinds of exercises that you can do in the gym and even at home. You will learn the proper way to stretch and how to do moves so that no injuries happen during our workout.
