NCAA Football: UW-Whitewater vs. Bethel University

The UW-Whitewater Warhawks of the WIAC host the Bethel Royals of the MIAC in the first round of the NCAA DIII Football Playoffs! The Warhawks finished the regular season second in the conference with a 9-1 record and received an at-large bid into the tournament. The 8-2 Royals beat Gustavus Adolphus College in the MIAC championship game to earn the MIAC’s automatic bid into the tournament. Though the states these two teams play in share a border, this will be just the second time they have played each other with UW-Whitewater winning 26-12 in the 2018 playoffs. Kickoff from Perkins Stadium is set for noon (CST) with LIVE coverage on UWW-TV, beginning with pregame starting at 11:25 AM (CST)!
