WIAC Football: UW-Whitewater vs. UW-Platteville

The UW-Whitewater Warhawks seek revenge for last year’s upset loss when they host the UW-Platteville Pioneers for this years Homecoming game. After controlling the Miner’s Axe for the last 16 seasons, UW-Platteville put together a perfect game plan to slow down the Warhawks offense. Unable to get anything going all game long and some untimely turnovers gave the Pioneers a 17-13 victory. Kickoff from Perkins Stadium is set for 1:00 PM (CT) with LIVE coverage on UWW-TV, with pregame coverage starting at 12:40 PM (CT)!
