Kristin Fillhouer has been selected as the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater vice chancellor for student affairs following a national search. Fillhouer, who has served as interim vice chancellor since January 2024, will officially begin her role on March 31st.
With over 20 years of experience in higher education, she is praised for her student-centered leadership and commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaged campus.
In 2023, she was recognized as the Forward Janesville Educator of the year for her contributions to student success.
In a mass email to all UWW students, Chancellor Corey King expressed his gratitude to the search committee and campus community for their involvement as well as congratulated Fillhouer on her appointment.
