Monday night, 19 seniors participated in the 2018 Spring Electronic Media Capstone presentation. Capstone is the final required course for a graduating in electronic media major at UW-Whitewater. Over the course of 16 weeks, these students created video and audio presentations of the highest caliber while utilizing all of the skills they have acquired in their time on campus. Congratulations to all who finally made it!
In addition, Kyle Thurow took home the award for Student Project of the Year. Students who are given this honor will have their name memorialized on the plaque in the UWW-TV main office. In a statement to UWW-TV Kyle said,
“I am honored to have received this award, but I am having a hard time accepting it due to the quality of all productions created by my peers!”
Thurow’s capstone presentation was an alternative EP called Red Lodge. Congratulations Kyle!
